The natural person who has access to personal data as an employee within the employment relationship maintained with Adrián Hoteles is not considered a data processor.
The said treatment or access, in no case, can be understood as a cession, transmission, or transfer of Personal Data.
RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
There will be no assignment, transmission, or transfer of personal data, except by legal obligation, or upon request from the Public Administration, the Ombudsman, the Public Prosecutor’s Office, Judges or Courts, or the Court of Auditors, or to regional institutions with functions analogous to the Ombudsman or the Court of Auditors, and it shall be carried out within the scope of the functions that the law expressly assigns to them.
